Board meetings are open to all members. Agendas and minutes, once approved, are posted in the Club Documents space on ClubRunner.The board, in close consultation and communication with the whole club, sets the overall direction for the club, develops a budget, and authorizes special expenditures. It is both a policy and administrative body. Attending a board meeting is a good way to get insight into the operation of the club and to share your ideas and concerns with the board. If you want the board to consider an idea or concern in depth, please ask the president or secretary to put it on the agenda, which is normally developed a week before the meeting.
