Rotary Youth Leadership Award (RYLA) and Adventure in Understanding

Join us Tuesday to hear from participants in two youth programs - RYLA and Adventure in Understanding.  Rotary Youth Leadership Academy (RYLA) is a unique opportunity for high school students to gain insight and knowledge in life and leadership skills. The academy features guest leaders, small group problem solving and self reflection which lead to enhanced leadership skills.

Developed and sponsored in partnership together, the Rotary Club of Peterborough Kawartha, Curve Lake First Nation, Camp Kawartha and the Canadian Canoe Museum are proud to offer the Adventure in Understanding to youth leaders, aged 16-18 years of age, who are willing to commit themselves to new perspectives and understandings over the course of six days as they embark in an voyageur canoe through the Trent Severn Waterway from Peterborough to Curve Lake First Nation.
