Citizen Advisory Committee

Citizen Advisory Committee members serve in Canadian Correctional Institutions acting as a bridge between inmates and guards/management. CAC members create a trust relationship with both sides and can enable inmate concerns to get a good hearing. Charles Burbank has been doing this volunteer work for 10 years, for the last seven at Joyceville Institution.
