Sonia Gentile – Executive Director of (FACSFLA) and Stacie Godin – Tree of Hope campaign co-chair will provide an update on Three game changers"  good news from Family and Children’s Services of Frontenac, Lennox and Addington (FACSFLA).

1. Embracing a new path forward. Our new way of doing things is making big change in our communities. This steady, mindful, behind the scenes work is paying off. 90% of children we see stay with their families. This is a significant number. Our Environmental Equity scan is another major example of change.

2. Our COVID response is working. Out of the gate we embraced technology, then we adapted and then adapted again. A hybrid model was quickly introduced that emphasized safety protocols and personal connection. We will soon survey service recipients to find out what worked and what didn’t.

3. The evolution of the Tree of Hope. This 100-year tradition has seen one of its biggest transformations in decades.
