By paying dues, a member accepts the principles of Rotary expressed in its object and agrees to comply with and be bound by the club bylaws. On these conditions alone is a member entitled to the privileges of this club. Each member shall be subject to the terms of the club bylaws whether or not the member has received copies of them.
