Section 1 —  These bylaws may be amended by special resolution at any regular club meeting. Changing the club bylaws requires sending written notice to each member 10 days before the meeting. Changes to these bylaws must be consistent with the Standard Rotary Club Constitution, the RI Constitution and Bylaws, and the Rotary Code of Policies.

Section 2 — Those sections of the bylaws required by RI as specified in its standard club constitution may not be amended by the club.

Section 3 — Amending the Name or Locality of the club requires RI approval, in accordance with its standard club constitution.
