This club shall be composed of adult persons who demonstrate good character, integrity, and leadership; possess good reputation within their business, profession, and/or community; and are willing to serve in their community and/or around the world (the qualifications in Article 4, Section 2(a) of the RI Constitution).

Section 4 — Satellite Club Members. Active members of this club who are forming a satellite club of this club shall remain members of this club until the satellite club is admitted to RI membership as a Rotary club.

- be exempt from paying dues;
- not vote;
- not hold any club office;
- not hold classifications; and
- be entitled to attend all meetings and enjoy all other privileges in the club.
Section 7 – Friend of Rotary. The club shall have a class of membership, namely "Friend of Rotary." Membership in this category is limited to one year, is non-renewable, and is intended for those new to Rotary wishing to explore what being a member entails before making an ongoing commitment. A Friend of Rotary is expected to participate in the same way as an active member and is required to pay a reduced membership fee as specified annually by the board. A Friend of Rotary is entitled to all rights and privileges of active members including voting on club decisions. Friend of Rotary membership begins on the day of induction and terminates one year from that date.
Section 8 – Corporate Membership. The club may create a class of membership, namely Corporate, for corporations. Corporate membership will be governed by policy created by the Membership Committee and approved by the Board. This policy will be based on the RI Guide to Corporate Membership. A Corporate member is entitled to one vote at a general meeting of members.
Section 9 – Other classes of membership. The club may create other classes of membership.
