The Ranked Ballot Referendum in Our October Municipal Election

Yes Kingston is a non-partisan group whose goal is to inform the public about the benefits of ranked ballots ahead of the City of Kingston’s referendum on October 22, 2018.  Kingston is one of only two municipalities in Ontario that has chosen to take this issue directly to its citizens by asking them whether they would like to move to ranked ballots for future municipal elections.
